Orange Glazed Elk Roast

This recipe works well with any roast cut from your wild game.  We listed this with Elk but Venison, Caribou or any other roast would work as well.
Ingredients and Directions
4 lb Elk Roast
1 tb Oil
Salt Pepper
Basting Sauce:
1 cup Orange juice
2 tbl Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Allspice
