Trout-N-Foil
This is an easy dish that can be cooked at home or right in the field. When done out in the field along the stream side the trout will be even better!
Enjoy
1 Trout per person (cleaned and ready to cook, two if your hungry)
–FOR EACH SERVING:–
2 tbsp. chopped carrots
Lemon slices to cover fish
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp white wine
Salt & Pepper
Prepare a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil for each fish
Place the trout on foil top with lemon slices and other ingredients.
Sprinkler one tablespoon of wine over the ingreaients.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste
Bring edges of the foil together and seal by folding twice to make a tight seal.
Make one foil packet for each person.
Bake the foil packets in a Dutch oven (or reflector oven if your in the field) for about 20 minutes.
The fish will flake easly when done.
Open and serve right in the foil packet on the plate.
