Venison Sukiyaki

1 lb. Venison sliced very thin
1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced & broken apart
5 stalks celery, sliced into very thin strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushroom pieces

Cut meat in very thin strips
Pan fry the meat until browned in a little veg. oil
Remove and set on side while vegetables cook
Add onions, celery and cabbage and stir fry until nearly completely cooked.
Add back the to meat to the pan.
Add the can of soup and the juice from bean sprouts.
Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Add in the soy sauce and the bean sprouts.

Serve with steamed rice.
