Mushroom Moose Steak

4 moose steaks
1 small onion, chopped fine
4 tbsp. butter
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sour cream

In a heavy skillet with a lid brown onions in 2 tbsp butter
Add steaks and sear steaks on both sides
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes
Add mushrooms and remaining 2 tbsp. butter to the skillet.
Once butter melts mix well to coat mushrooms with butter
Stir the flour into the sour cream and add to skillet, mix everting well to coat 
Cover and simmer for and additional 20 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
