Mushroom Wild Rice

1 cup wild rice
4 cup water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup mushrooms (cut in pieces)
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine wild rice, water, chicken bouillion and salt in pot
Bring to a boil and then turn heat down to a low simmer and cook very slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 
Stir and fluff rice
Add 1 mushrooms and stir in 1 can of mushroom soup
Heat throughly
Season with salt and pepper to taste
