EZ Venison Chili
2 lbs. course ground venison
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 lg. can tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 large can chili beans
In a heavey pan or skillet cook onions, peppers and celery in oil until tender.
Add venison and cook until brown, stirring often.
Add remaining ingredients and cook covered over low heat, 1-2 hours.
Serve with Sour Cream and Chedder Cheese
